Please Come Show Support for NCS!

Dear Friends of NCS,
Since the summer of 1995 Nantucket Community Sailing has been offering safe and fun sailing programs out of Polpis Harbor to the children of Nantucket.
This Wednesday, February 6th at 6:00pm, Nantucket Community Sailing will be going before the Board of Selectmen to renew our license for the continued use of Polpis Harbor. While we are hopeful that the license agreement will be approved, we feel it is still important to have strong presence in the room with as many NCS supporters as possible. We hope you will join us!
As mentioned above, the Board of Selectmen's meeting will begin at 6:00pm in the Public Safety Facility at 4 Fairgrounds Road. NCS is scheduled for the beginning of the agenda, so we are hoping for an early night and to be done by 6:30ish. If you are on island and available, we would greatly appreciate your show of support.
If you are not on island, but would still like to show your support we encourage you to send an email to the Executive Assistant to the Town Manager at EMooney@nantucket-ma.gov by Wednesday morning at 9:00am.
