Dear Friends of NCS,

This year Nantucket Race week is scheduled to take place from August 11 - 19, 2012. The week is filled with fun events on and off the water and attracts some of the most beautiful boats from around the world. Nantucket Race Week is also Nantucket Community Sailing's largest fundraising event and plays a big part in NCS's ability to operate the programs we offer.

Every year we are moved by the number of people who come and help out by volunteering their skills and services to help make this event happen. This year we have many returning volunteers (thank you!), but we have found ourselves in need of a few more helping hands. We hope that you will consider joining us this year, whether you able to donate a day or only a few hours, to make Nantucket Race Week a success. We are looking for support on and off the water!

If you would like to volunteer on the water, please reach out to Judy at nrw.rc.crew@gmail.com.  If you don't feel seaworthy and would prefer to stay on land, you may respond to this email directly for volunteering opportunities on land or email Julie at nrwvolunteer@gmail.com.
