Shipping/Pickup Options

Nantucket Community Sailing's Shipping Policy

Nantucket Community Sailing's Online Store offers two methods to receive your package:

1. You may select to "Pick Up" your items at the NCS main office during check out. Pick Up times are between 10am and 4pm, Monday - Friday at 4 Winter Street, Nantucket MA 02554. There is no shipping fee applied to Pick Up orders.

2. You may select to have your item(s) shipped to you directly. NCS generally uses USPS for the shipment of orders, but will on occation us UPS.

NCS ships within the contiguous 48 United States. All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders received on the weekends or after 3 pm Eastern Time on weekdays will begin processing the following business day.

The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. Items that require a longer lead time to ship will have that notification posted within the items description. If items are backordered, you will be notified by phone or email.

For items of average weight and size, A.I. Friedman offers shipment fee's based on the dollar amount of the merchandise you selected. USPS is the default shipping for our site.

Oversized/Heavy Weight items may be subject to additional shipping charges. You will be notified prior to shipment by email or phone of any additional shipping charge required.
