Your donation represents the lifeline to the essential programs that help us teach sailing, leadership skills, and a deep respect for the marine environment to thousands of children, adults, and seniors from all walks of life.

So please join our crew as a NANTUCKET COMMUNITY CHAMPION! It's your support that keeps us on the water.

Nantucket Community Sailing

• NCS serves over 1000 children each year, half of which are year-round island residents.
• NCS provides $150,000 annually in scholarships and free sailing to underserved island children and seniors
• NCS prioritizes community outreach: children from the Nantucket Boys and Girls Club, Nantucket STAR, and seniors from the Saltmarsh Center all greatly benefit from NCS programs.
• NCS provides adaptive sailing for children and adults with disabilities.
• NCS supports the Nantucket High School Sailing team with boats, equipment, and coaching support.

Businesses can participate in three exciting ways:

• Make a donation to NCS:

Mainsail Sponsor - $1,000
Sailboat Sponsor - $2,500
Corporate Sponsor - $5,000

• Sell a specific merchandise item customized for Nantucket Community Sailing or Nantucket Race Week, with 25% of the proceeds going to benefit NCS.
• Provide a donation to the NCS from an event: e.g., sip & shop, breakfast sales, etc.

All participating businesses will receive a 2024 Nantucket Race Week Flag and poster to put in their window during Race Week and will be listed in the 2024 NRW program. Program deadline 6/30/2024.
