Sailing Events for the Nantucket Community & Beyond
Nantucket Community Sailing hosts and supports a variety of sailing events throughout the season, from competitive regattas to community-centered gatherings. These events bring sailors, families, and spectators together while helping fund youth programs, scholarships, and outreach initiatives.
Events range from nationally recognized regattas to local traditions that celebrate sailing, seamanship, and community.
Nantucket Race Week
Nantucket Race Week is one of the island’s premier sailing events, attracting hundreds of sailors and boats from across New England and beyond. Hosted by Nantucket Community Sailing, Race Week combines competitive racing, community celebration, and charitable impact.
Proceeds from Nantucket Race Week directly support NCS youth programs, scholarships, and community access initiatives.

All Race Week schedules, notices of race, registration details, and results are managed through our official regatta platform.
